Planted 2 of each and they both sprouted so had to get rid of 2. Chose to keep the ones with the thickest stem.

Was thinking my plants are growing slowly and realized I totally forgot about thinning and this may have contributed to stunted growth
I planted 2 seeds per hold for the most part and the vast majority of them sprouted
I cut at soil level the seedling with a skinnier stem, or looked less healthy, or just randomly
The thinned out seedlings/plants were harvested for a salad
