Ant Solution - Diatomaceous Earth
- Used food grade Diatomaceous Earth
- Sprinkled where I noticed a hill was and ants were
- Made sure the area was dry
- Sprinked a bit for a light dusting
- 24 hrs later noticed the ants were gone

Aphid Solution - Neem oil
- Noticed more aphids on my turnips and cauliflower
- Ordered this neem oil off amazon
- Diluted 2 tsp in 28 oz of water along with a drop of dishwashing soap
- Sprayed it on the aphids in indirect sun
- Checked the next day and they were dark looking and dead – success
- No harm to the plants

Cabbage Sprouts
- Seems like they started really getting into the garden once I laid down the straw
- They seem to peck at the area of straw around the sprout as well
- Today they ate maybe 2 sprouts
