There was a internal yearning to do so
I felt heavy, not only physically but mentally as well
Difficulty concentrating, much brain fog
I wanted to cleanse myself
Challenge myself
Train my focus, courage and ability to face hardship

Day 1
5:30 wake up
16oz water
5:45 tbsp mct oil
Coffee
6:10 walk
7:20 fed dre took a poo
7:30 walk again
Approx. 100oz of water consumed with some salt
9:30 walk done
tbsp mct oil and leftover 2 sips of coffee
Weight – 150
1:30 tbsp mct oil
3:00 soda water
4:30 tbsp mct oil soda water
5pm – pretty tough right now.
Hunger pangs. Low energy. Sleepy. Slight nervousness. Not unbearable but definitely challenging.
I liken most of the day to the havent slept in 24hrs feeling, with a lil less of that weird spacey feeling.
Night was rough
Got super anxious/nervous around 8-10
10:30ish went to sleep
Slightly disturbed sleep, couldnt get comfortable, was a little hot then too cold etc
12am Woke up with a light headache, super anxious
Drank a couple sips of water and instantly felt better, headache went away quickly
Day 2
7:30 wake up
Feel ok, like a normal hunger
24oz water
7:45 mct oil
8:30 blood sugar at 54
Salt water through the day
10 black tea
Worked feeling ok, focused
Nervousness/hunger cyclical

5:30 break fast with beef cabbage stew
Dont think ive ever been more excited to eat lol

Conclusion
Day After
Feel a clarity i havent felt in years
Brain fog lifted
Concentration ability back to normal it seems
Nothing superhuman, just the absence of any malady that was causing these things
Easier to be calm and present since yesterday i had to focus so hard on maintaining the fast and not letting the negative emotions that arose from it to consume me
