- Colorado Cabin Filter Change -
Tools/Supplies Needed
- Cabin Filter: Ac Delco CF196/GM 23135671
- Flathead screwdriver
Step 1
- Locate circular knob on the inner right side of the glove box
- Push it down to release the cord
Step 2
- Close the glove box
- Locate pins on the underside hinges of the glove box, there are 2
Step 3
- Squeeze the channeled end and pull the pin out by the head
Step 4
- Remove the glove box by pulling it straight out after unlocking
Step 5
- Locate cabin filter cover
Step 6
- Remove cabin filter by pushing in on the clips on the side
Step 7
- Pry out old filter with flathead screwdriver and make note of the air flow direction
Step 8
- Slide in the new filter
- Reinstall cover and glovebox
