- lmao, kinda dissappointed, but glad theres something there.

Beets Final
- Bolting started so I pulled them up
- Roots were super small, but I got pretty good producton from the leaves
- Made a smoothie with the roots and had enough leaves to last about 3 meals worth

- No heads formed on these and aphids were starting to get to them
- Decided to harvest some leaves
- They taste just like collards

- Pulled a bolted one and cut some of the biggest leaves

Chard Final
- More plants were starting to bolt so I decided to harvest them all
- Cut at the root at soil level with a box cutter
- Got about 2-3 pounds worth
Kale Final
- Further inspected the rest of my Kale plants and there were tiny aphids on most leaves I looked at
- I was grossed the fuck out and said fuck it and harvested all the rest
- When I checked on the other leaves I harvested and soaked overnight, that many aphids were still alive and all the leaves, I decided to toss all of it in the compost rather than go through the trouble of getting them off
- Super bummed out, but learned that aphids are a fucking bitch

Cosmic Purple Carrot
- Saw the heads poking out of the soil so I thought Id pick them out and see their size
- Also, picked another with the largest leaves, it was slightly bigger
- Not as productive as I wouldve liked, but not bad for lack of sun
Kale
- Thank God, I noticed these aphids before I made a smoothie
- They were pretty bad on a few plants so I decided to totally harvest them out.
- Got a bucket of soapy water to knock off as many aphids into as I could while I cut the leaves from the stems, as the stems contained alotta aphids
- Soaked the leaves to drown the rest of the aphids

- Went back and cut stem at soil level and discarded remains into compost
